ELAÍA – Where the olive tree meets the Greek table

On 6 October, Pilōs at Stamna Sifnos presents Elaía, a one-night dining experience by Chef Gikas Xenakis, in collaboration with olive oil expert, Chrysa Giatra Mpatzi through Aestheses. Greek extra virgin olive oil takes centre stage, with a series of dishes paired with oils from different varieties and regions, exploring the flavours and character of the Greek table.
